For live and silent auction items, event representatives will try to purchase your item for the lowest price possible, not to exceed the top limit indicated. I hereby authorize event representatives to enter bids on my behalf for items described above, up to the top limit stated above, and to execute sale contract forms should my bid be the high bid accepted. I hereby ratify and confirm all that my representative shall lawfully do with the same binding effect as if done by me, personally present, and acting in person. I also ratify and confirm that if my representative’s bid is the high bid accepted on the item specified I will pay this bid amount according to the sale contract terms.
