Seth Winegar was born in Bountiful, Utah in 1974.  He began studying oil painting at the age of twelve.  After serving on a mission he started a successful painting career in 1997.  Since then Winegar has studied painting and perfecting his craft.  Seth has paintings in the permanent collections of the Western Desert Caballeros Art Museum in Wichenburg, Arizona and in the Montgomery Museum of fine Art in Alabama.  This is his first year with the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale.
