T. Allen Lawson
In 2008, T. Allen Lawson was chosen by the President and First Lady to create the painting for the official White House Christmas card. The painting, View from the Truman Balcony, is now part of the permanent White House collection overseen by the Smithsonian. Tim's work is also in the permanent collections of the Farnsworth Art Museum, Portland Art Museum, Denver Art Museum, Florence Griswold Museum, and the Whitney Gallery of Western Art at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. His paintings, drawings and etchings are constantly evolving expressions of the artist and his surroundings. Tim lives with his wife and four children in Rockport, Maine.
